About

We are two teaching artists, gifted and plagued, with vision... and we've been renovating this place since 2015.

Fairview School was built in 1880, one of many small schoolhouses in Lebanon County, PA that served its immediate neighborhood community. In the late 1920's, a much larger school building was built to serve the community, making smaller neighborhood schoolhouses like Fairview School obsolete.

In 1927, the schoolhouse was purchased and re-imagined as a domestic duplex. Renovations were made that included the addition of a second floor, a central firewall, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen on each side, all constructed with the architectural details of the period.

Since 2015, we have been renovating this property into a single family home, guided by its original aesthetic as a schoolhouse.
